Contiguous, phased, and accurate assemblies for any species.

PacBio HiFi reads (10–25 kb, ≥Q30) overcome the limitations of short reads, enabling the resolution of difficult repeats, segmental duplications, centromeres, and structural variants. The result is a more complete and contiguous genome assembly, with phasing information that short reads cannot provide.
